Innovative Claims Strategies, LLC (ICS) was founded in 2006 to provide cost containment services to the insurance industry. Through its strategic alliance with MCMC, LLC, the company entered the insurance cost containment market with an alternative service model for delivering an integrated managed care solution to carriers in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania for Automobile and Workers’ Compensation claims as well as unbundled service offerings such as Independent Medical Evaluations and Peer Reviews, Medicare Set-Asides and Network Savings.
 
ICS has since expanded its business model to include a complete medical claims management service offering by raising additional capital through a strategic investment by MCMC, LLC along with several other private equity investors.  It is this partnership with MCMC that has enabled ICS to take on the successful implementation of large medical cost containment projects while offering a very innovative approach to Network Solutions, Medical Bill Review – RN Code Review, PPO, Large Bill Negotiations, Nurse Case Management – Field and Telephonic, Physician Advisor Reviews, IME/Peer Review services – including Act VI, Fraud and SIU Investigative Services, Medicare-Set-Asides with Pharmacy adherence, RN Physician and Hospital Audits and DRG Reviews.

MCMC, LLC is a leading national managed care Services Company with its corporate office headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.  MCMC originated as a Peer Review Analysis Company (PRA, Inc.) in 1988 as a physician review and provider panel management business for GH and WC clients. Through the successfully execution of its acquisition and diversification strategy, MCMC has evolved into a diversified full service Group Health, Automobile, and Workers’ Compensation managed care organization and is a leader in the development of customized, proprietary client specific managed care, medical bill review, PPO network, and integrated service solutions.

In association with MCMC, ICS delivers a viable alternative for managed care services to its strategic markets through a flexible service model and proprietary systems.  We have launched a national initiative to allow customers access to our service offering on a sourcing basis, or to utilize our systems and networks on a leased basis, providing strategic alternatives for clients to match their operating structure with the "Best Service Solution" by product.
